We weren't sure where we were going on Broadway and decided to pop into Annapurna. I've walked by it forever (in relative terms - it's older than my daughter who I brought with me). We were seated immediately in the Yeti Bar (it was only 4:45) and supplied with excellent pappadum. We ordered the lamb kothay momo to start with. We followed that with sekuwa, garlic naan, and one of the classic combos (I missed the name but it has a chicken curry). The momo came out very quickly and were fantastic. We loved them plain and with the various sauces. The lamb was so tender and flavorful. The chicken curry was fantastic (we ordered 2/3 spicy stars). We loved all of the sides. I can't believe it's taken so long to stop by and try it. Our service was very friendly and the food was great. If you're in town try Annapurna.

Unique dining serving Indian , Nepali and Tibetan cuisine, they serve dishes I've never seen anywhere else. I accidentally selected a very spicy dish and it was so good. We tried many different items- calamari pakora, lamb momo, Chana masala and Aloo Bodi Tama( which was the spicy one). We thoroughly enjoyed every dish and had the best garlic naan I've ever had with our meal. The waitstaff was attentive and kind. The food was delicious and the service was great. We'll definitely be back!

Second time wasn't as impressive as my first time, but it's so cheap that I didn't mind it. The paleek/saag paneer (4.5/5 stars) and the naan (4/5 stars) were the only dishes I was super impressed with.

Recently ordered takeout from here and it's some of the best food I've ever had, period. I got the Lhasa curry with tofu, the saag chana, and naan. Both dishes were seasoned perfectly (perhaps a tad salty). The naan was out of this world - it's dense and almost flaky. It's the kind of food that makes you say "'mmm!" with every bite and you don't want the experience to end. A+++ would recommend to anyone!

Wow, what an incredible meal! We were overdue for a date night, and decided to hit a bar before Annapurna. Walking into the hallway decorated with lanterns and twinkling lights helped you immerse into the transformative dining experience. We got a table during a busy Saturday night. We lucked out on a 4top for 2ppl! We needed space for dishes. We went a little overboard on apps. If we should have passed on anything, it would have been the calamari. We love chickpeas, but the breading wasn't doing it for us. The tensing momo was above and beyond!! I also adored the crispy rolls. We decided on chicken tikka masala and annapurna curry with lamb. AMAZING! Combine them both if you're daring. It's hard not to keep dipping, and the naan was soft on inside and crispy on outside. Service was quick! Our copper glasses stayed full. Will be back!

I have been here several times and would say the food is good! They have a combination of indian/nepalize food and are one of the few places that offer food of nepal. The only reason they didn't receive 5 stars is because the portions are smaller than other indian food places in the area.

Annapurna offers a comfortable and patient environment for meals of all occasions. From the moment that my party was seated by the attentive waiter, Shuri, to the moment that we paid, we truly felt welcomed at this lovely restaurant. Their menu has delicious options for everyone and is perfect for sharing. Our party of four was able to order 2 appetizers, 3 large pieces of their delicious naan, and 3 entrees to share. We left feeling the perfect amount of full and at a final cost of $25 each (tip included), we were beyond pleased with our experience at Annapurna. I can't wait to pass through Cap Hill once again and try some of their other delicious menu options.

This was my first visit to this restaurant. We ordered jaljeera, spinach momos, paneer chili momos, pani puri, malai kofta, and naan. The ambiance is cozy and comfortable. My favorites were the pani puri and momos, which were amazing. However, the jaljeera lacked the authentic flavor and was too mild. The malai kofta was too sweet, had insufficient gravy, and the kofta were a bit hard. The naan was just okay--slightly cold and a bit stiff. I would definitely recommend this place for the momos!
